If our pineapples could send you a postcard from paradise – you would most definitely receive it in September! The month’s continuation of low rainfall and sunny, warm days made for excellent weather conditions this week.
Allowing us to continue advances in the field and maintain good quality fruit, this week’s ideal climate also permitted for an increase in fruit firmness and overall an increase in volume – a trend we expect for the rest of the year.
When the weather is good, pineapple farming is easy and fun.
