This week has been an encouraging sign for a season known for its unpredictability. With very low intensity showers distributed throughout the week, the team on the farm was able to slightly increase harvest age and keep sugar content at harvest very stable.
Our focus to improve sampling reports on the field has proven to gain traction with more stability across variable levels, and with aroma and flavor only increasing in quality.
