The Pineapple Report: Week 44 at the Farm

This week at the farm, isolated drizzles barely accumulated 14 mm (0.5 “) of precipitation, with the same forecasted in the next week. We are welcoming this delay in the onset of the tropical winter season.

The harvest age has decreased slightly as the percent of 20 WAF fruit increased, and quality parameters are holding at excellent levels.

The holiday demand is expected to increase in the following weeks. Check out our blog for new ways to utilize pineapple during the holiday season, including in decor, arts and crafts, and of course delicious holiday recipes!
