1. First, place the pineapple on a cutting board on its side. Use a sharp knife to remove the pineapple’s green crown as well as the bottom of the pineapple.

2. Next, place the pineapple upright and slice the pineapple body in half down the middle.

3. Using your knife, remove the core by carefully slicing down the middle. Now simply score both halves of the pineapple both vertically and horizontally. Create these scores bearing in mind how large or small you would like your slices of pineapple to be.

4. Finally, cut along the skin of the pineapple and allow for the chunks of pineapple flesh to be removed. Be sure to remove all flesh and bits of the fruit’s core. Now you’re ready to enjoy this sweet, refreshing treat!
