The O.G. Pineapple Kid-Friendly Smoothie

Pineapple and Berry Smoothie

You would never believe that this extra sweet kid-friendly smoothie is packed solely with super nutritious ingredients. Have the kids help throw in any berries they like, (and you can always sneak in some greens for a some extra vitamins!) It only takes about 10 minutes to make and adds a little extra Vitamin C and healthy antioxidants to your kids’ diet.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Milk or Juice (Cranberry or Pineapple is recommended for extra sweetness)
  • 8 ounces Chestnut Hill Farms Pineapple, chopped
  • 4 ounces Cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 ounces Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 ounces Blueberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Add all ingredients together and blend until smooth!

Blue Majik Pineapple Smoothie

Inspired by a blue algae smoothie bowl, this smoothie will really get your kids excited for a healthy drink—plus you can give them all the freedom they want in what fruits to add in. Any berry would taste great, even kiwis or some other tropical produce like dragon fruit or passionfruit. Just add a little Blue Majik for a vibrant pop of color. Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Chestnut Hill Farms Pineapple, chopped and then frozen
  • 2 tablespoons of Passionfruit purée concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons of Blue Majik powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth!
