Storms. Storms. And some more…storms.
As the rains continue and the days remain overcast, we also have stayed true to our own “natural” instincts in making sure to be as vigilant as possible.
Given the climatic conditions reported, we have maintained our intense field sampling procedures that have yielded reliable data with which to balance harvest age and internal conditions in order to stabilize fruit quality. Overall aroma and flavors remain acceptable.
Hopefully Santa can bring us some sun!
