2015: Week 10 at the Source (Week 12 in the market)

A few showers and cloud coverage? We’ll take it! Climatic conditions continue to improve with sunnier and drier days throughout the week, as well as more favorable average temperature highs. We can almost taste it – spring is right around the corner!

Making up for the past few months, gradual increase in harvest age continues, with lower volume in larger fruit. However, percentage of 5 count-sized fruit has started to increase.

Overall, our inventory of naturally differentiated plants continues and we expect a peak in production during the first summer weeks, with a possible extension later in the season.
