Picture this: You’re vacationing at an all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica. The resort has a large pool, spa, tanning area, restaurants, and access to a private beach. The scenery is jaw dropping: blue skies, clear waters, and natural wonders as far as the eye can see. 

You decide to go to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The Mahi Mahi dish on the menu looks appetizing: it’s a light white fish with tropical pineapple salsa topping. It’s definitely good enough to order. 

Light. Sweet. Bold. Tangy. Refreshing. The dish you ordered comes out just right, and there’s nothing left on your plate. 

Vacation ends, and it’s time to go back home. Still, you’re revisiting memories of that meal you had in Costa Rica.
