  • Another slight increase in weekly precipitation and air temperatures in our region
    • 64.5 mm (2.5 inches) of rainfall recorded
    • Minimum and average air temperatures increased to 23,6°C (74,5°F) and  27,1°C (80,8°F), respectively.
    • Literally too wet to plow but we are ready with enough fields bedded and ready to plant
  • We continue to fine-tune harvest age as climate changes; quality and volumes are stable
  • NDF harvest in our farms is underway but still is a small percentage of total harvest
  • Other pineapple growing regions already harvesting mainly natural fruit
  • Our use of biodegradable  plastic mulch has resulted in small incidence of NDF in first harvest crop
  • All operations continue uninterrupted and under strict protocols
