When you think about a late-night snack, Pineapple probably isn’t the first thing to come to mind, but maybe it should be. Pineapple is naturally high in melatonin– a hormone made by your brain to help your body know when it’s time to sleep and wake up. In most cases, your body naturally produces more melatonin at night, but for some of us, that just might not be enough.
