Summer is coming to a close as well as the pineapple’s peak season. What better way to celebrate than with a send-off party? Whether it’s back-to-school, end of summer, or a labor day party, this pineapple dip board will fit all occasions, with something for everyone.

Pistachio Pineapple Dip

This may seem like an odd and rather unexpected pair. However, these two diverse flavors complement each other quite well. The balance of flavors keeps the dessert dip from straying into the too-sweet side. The recipe is straightforward to make and only calls for six ingredients. 

Ingredients 

Cream Cheese 

Chestnut Hill Farms Perfect Pineapple, freshly chopped

Vanilla Yogurt 

Pistachio Pudding

Sweetened Coconut Flakes 

Vanilla 

Pistachios 

Instructions 

  1. Combine the ingredients: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then blend in your perfect pineapple, yogurt, pudding powder, 1/2 cup coconut flakes, and vanilla until combined.
  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, then soften for a few minutes at room temperature.
  3. Serve: Garnish with some more toasted coconut and crushed pistachios. Serve.

This delicious dip can be paired with fresh fruit and various crackers.

Sweet Pineapple Cream Dip

This deliciously sweet pineapple cream dip is easy to whip up right before the guest arrives. The dip is an easy two-ingredient recipe you can even give the kids to make. 

Ingredients 

Flavored Whipped Cream Cheese 

Marshmallow Fluff 

Instructions 

This one is pretty self-explanatory. Simply stir the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff, then serve with your favorite fruits like pineapple!

Sweet Pineapple Cheese Ball

This dip is the perfect choice to knock your guest off their feet. Although it takes more preparation compared to the other dips, this is a guaranteed hit. Don’t be surprised if everyone at your party starts begging you for the recipe!

Ingredients 

2 16 oz cream cheese packs

½ red pepper chopped small

½ cup chopped pineapple

One tablespoon finely chopped onion 

Dash of salt 

1 cup walnut pieces 

One box Townhouse Crackers (or Ritz)

Instructions 

1. In a mixer, add two blocks of cream cheese; blend 

2. Add chopped pepper, pineapple, onion, and a dash of salt. Chill for at least 20 minutes – this helps mingle the flavors together

3. Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into a ball and roll in walnut pieces. Place on a platter and serve with fresh fruit and your favorite crackers.
